Shabbos February 22-23 Parshas Zachor

The only Torah mandated Torah reading is the Torah reading this week about Amalek. Please be sure to join for this. Approximate time for  reading is 10:45 A.M.

Saturday evening February 23-Sunday February 24 is Purim!

The special Mitzvos (obligations) of the day are:

1. Hearing the Megilla read Purim evening and day

2. Giving gifts of money or food to at least two poor people. (Enough money to purchase a meal which is in the $10-$15 per person range.)

3. Giving a gift of at least two prepared food items to at least one person.

4. Having a festive meal during the day of Purim.

Shachris Sevices 8:00 A.M.

Megilla reading 8:45 A.M.

Second Megilla Reading 10:30 A.M.

We will once again go as a community to the Legacy. We will meet at the Legacy 11:000 A.M. to bring the residents cheer, hamantashen and fun!

Communal Purim Seuda (banquet) with lots of fun and entertainment for adults and kids 4:30 P.M.

The Seuda will be catered by A Taste of The World catering by Ruthie and Ceci.

$25 per adult 7$ per child pre registered. (At the door $30 per adult, $9 per child)

We are looking for sponsors to allow us to make this a REALLY fun event. Sponsorship’s start at $100.
